Some new toys, some new tricks. I am still making this awkward electro/house/synth/space/horror stuff.

Moving from Boston to Ann Arbor provided a lot more space. I have a dedicated studio area now! I have tried facing the desk in nearly every direction. I tried acoustic treatment. I gave up on acoustic treatment. I don't really know what a 'permanent' music studio should be still.

It's a process and I think I am getting closer. Here are a few of the tracks I made while figuring out this room.

In DOAB we did music making like journalling. Every EP was just called Oakland. Ann Arbor is not Oakland but I like the music-journal approach, especially for stuff like this little collection. And sometimes you just have to put your ideas somewhere and say you're gonna do new stuff. So, enjoy Ann Arbor: Zero

sorta weird being so close to Belleville and not visiting yet (is there even anything techno there anyway?)
